Eurocell Abingdon

"Speaking not as a trader, but as a normal person looking to repair their garage - Eurocell has actually been one of the best customer service experiences I've ever experienced. The young lad on the front desk was super helpful and informative and even let me look at the soffit to confirm it. Really nice chap and a great asset to Eurocell. First time I've been there and will return for other things now!"

"I have used this company a few times now for web orders. Delivery has always been super quick and their prices are very good."

"I bought three windows and one French door from eurocell Abingdon Gemma was really good provided me with information I needed to make decision on the design and she called me up confirm the delivery she is definitely the best in that shop in dealing with customers that why I gave this 2 star for , the men works with her has zero customer service skills I wonder how they have been appointed base on what ??The windows and door been delivered in two pieces the frame alone and the glass alone no information what so ever given to me on purchase that the window or door will be delivered in two pieces no decent company do that . I bought two sky windows from vulex and delivered in one pieces . That when you buy from unknown company they aren’t honest with customers never again buy from them or recommend them to anyone . That lazy don’t put the glass on the frame nothing else"

"Excellent customer service - had exactly what I needed in stock"

"I’m no window fitter but man alive I wish I’d have found Eurocell sooner… I’ve ordered a few bits and bobs online here and there to repair my old glazing and I can tell you, it’s not always been easy 🫤 ✅ Drop in for beading - had it in stock. ✅ Stop by for catches - on the shelf. ✅ Ask for advice on something - get the right info. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced that level of genuinely wanting to help and not rush you out the door anywhere else in the shire! 👏🏻👏🏻 Huge weight off my shoulders not having to scour the internet to find the right bits anymore - I just take it in and put it on the counter 💯👌🏻"
