"I’ve been shopping at Eurocell for a long time and I spend a lot of money here, so I expect at least basic respect and professionalism. My recent visit was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had. A staff member named Eden was extremely rude and came across as aggressive and completely uninterested in helping. As a loyal customer, this is really disappointing, you expect to feel welcomed when you walk into a shop, not spoken to with attitude or made to feel like a burden. This experience has genuinely made me reconsider where I spend my money. If this is the level of service being given, it’s hard to trust or feel comfortable returning."

"I’m genuinely shocked by the service I received at Eurocell during my recent visit. I’ve been a regular customer for a long time, but what I experienced this time was unacceptable. The staff member, Eden, came across as aggressive, rude, and completely uninterested in serving me. What made it even worse was hearing swearing coming from behind the counter — extremely unprofessional for any workplace, let alone a customer-facing one. The whole atmosphere felt uncomfortable, like I wasn’t welcome or worth the effort. As someone who has spent a lot of money here over the years, this really makes me question whether I should continue coming back. No customer should ever feel disrespected or spoken to with attitude in a shop they support."

"I came in to the Cambridge branch a couple times, one a few weeks ago and then yesterday. Who ever i was speaking with the first time was not helpful at all. Felt like he was quite rude to staff within earshot of customers who could hear. So i was a bit reluctant to come back, but i did in the hopes of speaking with someone else. Chris and Paul were extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and have brilliant customer service skills. Because of my inexperience with my project they supported me and helped me come up with the best solution for my needs. I cant believe the difference in the two visits, first one i wont deal with again and if he is there i would walk straight out. Second if those pair are there when i come back to place my order, i would be happy because they couldn't do enough for me. Would 100% recommend speaking with Chris and Paul to anyone needing advice"
