"At Snowdon Mountain Railway, we operate and maintain Hafod Eryri, the building at the summit of Snowdon. The building has unique challenges and due to the nature of the building design we often require specialist help. I contacted Tim Evans and explained some of the issues we encountered whilst commissioning the building for 2018. Tim was very helpful and provided two engineers to come to site and work on the problems. The engineers were excellent and gave our own engineers good advice, identified faults, sorted most and provided a report to enable us to source replacement parts. Tim has continued to provide advice and will be coming back to carry out further work once the new parts have arrived.
