EW Ealing Blocked Drain Jetting

"The outside drain by the back door had been backing up every time it rained heavily and I'd been ignoring it for months until it started smelling. Booked these in after reading through a few options for drain work in London and they were upfront about the hourly rate on the phone which I appreciated. The engineer arrived within the window they gave me, had a proper look at the gully and then ran a camera down to see what was actually going on. Turned out there was a partial collapse further along plus a load of root intrusion. He talked me through what he was seeing on the screen so I could make sense of it, then jetted what could be cleared and gave me a separate quote for the section that needed more work. No pressure to book the bigger job on the spot. Came back the following week for that and it's been fine through two heavy storms since."

"So this whole thing started back in like March when the kitchen sink was draining super slowly and I kept just pouring hot water down it thinking that would fix things. It didn't obviously. By April the water was sitting in the basin for ages and honestly it was getting embarrassing when people came over to our place. The jetting itself took maybe forty minutes and the difference was instant, water just whooshed straight through."
