Really great customer service, as original key I gave them was a copy, so had issues with the new key. Took the original key and they replacement the non working one. So handy as outside Tesco…all completed by the time I finished my shopping. Won’t be going anywhere else for my keys."

"I went to F&M Keys after going to a well known nationwide key cutting company as I needed a spare locker key cutting. They weren't interested and said it was too rare. I went to F&M Keys and they thoroughly inspected the key and searched through numerous books before finding it. He then ordered the key in specially for me and let me know when they arrived and cut the spares while I waited. He was willing to look for it and put the extra work in rather than just turning me away. Amazing service and will always use him now if any keys needed in the future! Very highly recommend."
