"Had these out to service an old boiler, in that process they said the magnetic filter was fitted in the wrong place, served no purpose in the airing cupboard and needed taking out. Charged about £500. Skip forward a year and BG come to service the boiler, where is the filter, explained and they said that was rubbish and should not have been removed. Skip forward again and we have just had a new boiler fitted Worcester Bosch from Boxt. Guess where they fitted the filter, the same place, in the airing cupboard. Two different companies have said there advice was wrong and they charged me for the privilege. I won't use them again."
