"Toby was very helpful when ordering the temporary fencing from HO ensuring we had all the right extras for our small residential project. Richard, he described himself as the pretty Richard from the Bristol depot, was friendly, respectful of property, and together we got the fencing off the lorry very easily. We chose new and all panels were clean and undamaged, the feet were all clean and the couplers, spanner and pins came in a bag which was useful. The only negative was we were told we were get a call the afternoon of the day before to advise an approx time - we didn't - and that we said anytime after 9am on the specific delivery day we had chosen - it was delivered at 8am - but we did get the expected call from Richard to say he was on his way - he had no record of the timing request. Even with this, if we had to have temporary fencing again, we would still choose them but something to consider"

"A wonderful customer service team, they really go the extra mile to make sure you get what you need and are one of the best companies i've worked with in a while. Bradley was absolutely amazing and helped me out so much with getting new fences. Dan was a star and so on it the first time we ordered. The delivery drivers were fantastic and called us on the day of delivery to let us know when it would happen and if that was okay.
