"I contacted Jason through the recommendation of my estate agent. We have recently moved into a 1949 property, with concrete floors throughout. A common issue with this age/type of flooring is concrete sulphate attack which can occur when water ingress happens to the red ash hardcore/underfloor. We wanted to assure ourselves that the drains were intact and in a healthy condition, and that no water ingress was happening. Throughout the whole process, Jason was helpful, friendly, polite and professional. On arrival, he explained the process of the visit/inspection and then carried this out thoroughly using a jet wash to clear any blockage and then a camera survey to see inside all drains. At the end of the visit, he gave me a verbal overview of what he found (thankfully it was a positive 'all clear') and answered the questions I had.
