First Rate Decorating

"Had Justin and his team around to do a variety of works around the house. Justin told us a programme and budget and delivered on both and even went above and beyond painting one of the ceilings. Absolutely recommend and will use again. Paul and Anna, Hove"

"I had Justin / First Rate Decorators referred to me following a complete bedroom overhaul. His work is first class as his attention to detail and customer service. He takes immense care and pride in his work and I cannot recommend him enough. Don’t mistake First Rate decorators for your standard P&D; they’re very much a cut above!"

"Justin has incredibly high standards and achieves an excellent finish. This is combined with working diligently, quickly and efficiently. He is friendly and great to have around; he can also advise for paints and decors. He has a craftsman’s touch and is fair and affordable with respect to pricing. For us personally he was incredibly helpful; the plastering work on our project was unfortunately very poor in places and he was able to remedy this with fillers and dust-free sanding and achieve the finish we had hoped for! Thank you 🙏"

"Justin is a true professional in every way. His expertise on paint and finishes really helped us to make decisions for things we hadn't even thought about. Nothing was too much trouble. His work is second to none. He managed to turn a boring old sixties hallway into something we can be proud of. We were amazed at how long Justin took to prep all the surfaces and just how much care he took with each process . The finish of the woodwork is outstanding. Justin was always on time, and at the end of each day he cleared everything away leaving us with no clearing/tidying up to do. We feel so blessed to have had Justin recommended to us by Ashely Botting of Ashley Botting Carpentry, we honestly couldn't have found anyone better. We will definitely be using Justin in the future and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Justin's services to friends and family. Justin has two very happy clients."

"What can I say! How lucky we were to have been recommended Justin. He did an amazing job producing a brilliant finish. His care and attention to detail were really appreciated! The entire flat was transformed. Although he was fully booked, one of his jobs was pushed back and he managed to squeeze us in (as he knew we were in a hurry) completing the work in record time yet to a really high standard! We were very impressed. Hoping after I write this he does not get too booked up as we will definitely be using him again."
