My key snapped inside my lock on a Saturday night and I got utterly scammed by another locksmith, lying to me about not being able to get it out and hugely overcharging me for a new lock. I got suspicious when I looked into getting extra key copies cut, so found Fortress on the MLA site and contacted them for advice. David explained what had happened and then he & his team rectified the problem for me at no cost, getting the snapped key out and putting the old lock back in, so I had my old, better lock back in place.
