"Tim is excellent and has gone above and beyond for me on more than one occasion. I had an emergency situation leaving me with no heat or hot water and it was because the meter outside had broke but he made absolutely sure it was sorted out the same day and made calls he didn’t need to make on my behalf. He is always prompt and tidy and never lets me down. Ann is really great to deal with, a very positive and happy person and always super friendly and again seems to go the extra mile for me. I’m always extremely happy with work Tim and his son do for us."
