"The positives are that he came out to attend a late night call out . I appreciated that part of it . However I did not appreciate the condescending tone micro aggression , that was not helpful in such a situation. The man who came out also made an insulting and unfounded comment about me being drunk , because I could not answer questions about the shape and style of the keyhole or the fitting on the inside door . I'm dyslexic and like most people , I believe you take your daily , activities for granted until something , happens . So in this unexpected situation I could not answer details related to the design . Rather then ease matters the man kept goading me even though bizarrely he could not remember if he walked out from the front or the back of the building when , he went out for a few minutes to get some tools . Even though I was waiting at the primary entrance's to let him back in . What's worse is that once it was established that he knew my neighbour , they both started becoming more antagonistic towards myself and the situation . After the expected chit chat with the man , her and her pals stood over watching the whole thing in a policing manner even though it was non of their bizz. making me feel awkward and also added to the antagonism (. Gone are the days of community spirit ) Frank just kept moaning about the job and saying it can not be done and I said he should at least have a good go to at least get it open . Afterwards I felt the bad attitude was because I did not match the colour bar. As I really felt othered and treated as if I were in a zoo or something . to be frank , Franks behaviour did not put me at ease in fact it left me feeling uneasy and with negative emotions I can also say that his tone was a lot more professional on the initial call and changed the minute when he touched down at the job. Later on when I submitted feedback with a critical component , he raged around to my house and through text tried to intimidate me to never convey how I truly felt about the service , that is a service that includes communication as well as labour by the way. I got a barrage of texts after he came around ringing my door bell in a aggressive way . He threated me with ps a service itsself caught up in a lot on ongoing questions . I also ignored his advice -from the night itself . To fix the remainder of the problem myself and called out a professional to finish the job in due course . This other locksmith a polish professional who did not need to try and be little me , told me that he was well ticked off with ammeters trying to fix their own door issues and that made me feel it was right of me to ignore . What was said by Frank . Getting back to the evening itself I paid Frank first thing the next morning but he was paid swiftly as could be , due to this being an unexpected situation I did not have the funds when I checked my balance to pay on the night but did so less then 24 hours latter. However if I knew how the situation was going to transpire in advance , I would have rather booked a hotel for the night then have to have dealt with such a overbearing individual . It was a vulnerable ground floor property so I responded to the intimidation in a prudent manner at the time. Writing under pesodynm is standard practice in reviews and other media"

"Our main door handle had fallen apart and my DIY attempt to fix it failed miserably! Called Frank and he was here within the hour. He managed to put a temporary fix in place and ordered parts which he returned to fit less than a week later. Fantastic, quick service and very reasonably priced. The new door handle works like a dream - would recommend!"
