Freelance Windows

"I recently had the pleasure of working with a company called Freelance Windows, recommended to me by my neighbour. He had used their services a while back and was very satisfied with the results, so I decided to contact them when I needed new windows for my home. From start to finish, the team at Freelance Windows was both professional and efficient. My new windows look amazing, and they've significantly improved the comfort of my home. The transformation is incredible! One of the standout aspects of their service was their exceptional attention to detail during the measurement phase. They ensured everything was precise, which contributed to the seamless installation process. Throughout the process, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They genuinely cared about getting everything just right and completing the job on time. Although the installation took two days, the team left my home clean and tidy. Overall, I'm thrilled with the results and would highly recommend Freelance Windows to anyone in Glasgow or the surrounding areas. Their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is evident in every aspect of their work ethic,"

"Freelance Windows recently fitted my French Doors. From my first contact the level of professionalism was excellent. The work was carried out to an exceptional standard and Martin the company director and his team were extremely attentive and knowledgeable. I will definitely use Freelance Windows in the future and would highly recommend them."

"Avoid this company , we are renting a flat and had 2 tradesman come out one older and one younger although the younger man is not at fault , The olderman who claimed to be the boss , at least i assume so as he keep telling me he has 48 employees and that hes a master tradesman at least 8 times but came in with zero knowledge of the job even though enough information was given prior , he has a stinking attitude when told what they were here to do and threatened myself and my partner and kept getting in our faces , he was asked to leave several times but kept following us from room to room, he said hes recorded the whole encounter and i hope so as it shows what a menace this person is , if you want someone to threaten you and not leave your home when asked this company is for you ! In response to your absolutely lie of a reply you told our landlord that you dont have video as you only said that as you felt threatened by us even though you were the one threatening me and causing conflict. You say you were here to do a survey and knew that prior , yet asked me whats to be done then argued that I was wrong when I told you , if you already knew what to do why did you ask ? You were looking for a fight and any video that was taken would prove that so please send it as they believe you dont have a video. We also told our landlord that we are not comfortable having you in our home alone and thats why you are not allowed to return it has nothing to do with my presence but your actions so you can complete the work for your landlord when we move and the house is empty , im sure you'll still find something to fight in an empty house"

"I’ve used Freelance Windows for over 15 years across multiple rental properties, and the service has always been consistently excellent. Martin, the director, runs a very professional operation — reliable, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. The workmanship is high quality, communication is clear, and jobs are completed efficiently and to a great standard. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Freelance Windows and will continue to use them."

"I have used Freelance Windows twice now and would definitely recommend them. They fitted my front windows almost ten years ago, and they have lasted really well. I contacted them for a quote for my rear windows recently and Martin offered to service the existing windows alongside some other jobs as part of the quote. We went ahead and the windows are now installed and looking fabulous. Thank you very much to Martin, John and the rest of the team!"
