Thankfully, I got a second opinion—turns out the expansion vessel just needed recharging, not replacing. Either they don’t know what they’re doing or they were trying to upsell me unnecessarily. Either way, I wouldn’t trust them again. Avoid."

"Brilliant company and definitely go the extra mile for their customers. We had a bad leak on our boiler and the engineer came out even though it was a Bank Holiday. The repair needed parts to be ordered but this was all done within 24 hrs and the engineer returned with the necessary parts the next day. The engineer was very knowledgeable, he explained what needed to be done to repair the boiler and didn’t leave until he was satisfied the boiler was working ok. Special thanks also to Cheryl in the office who kept me updated about the job and managed to order the parts very quickly to enable the service engineer to return and complete the repair. Would definitely recommend Frontier very reliable company and excellent service."
