"We contacted FS Group because we suspected a clean water leak due to unusually high water usage. In our email we clearly explained: "We want investigate water pipes from meter to flat connections... as we suspect leak, due to big usage of water. However we can't identify visible leak in the apartment." FS Group then sent us a quotation describing a CCTV drainage survey, stating they would: "determine the structural integrity and condition of the underground drainage system" using CCTV techniques and provide a technical report, video, images and repair schedule. When the engineer arrived, he told us he dealt with drainage/sewage only, did not have the specialist equipment to investigate a clean water leak, and was unable to carry out any of the work described in the quotation. Despite this, we were told we will be charged a call-out fee. Their quotation states: "We charge an aborted survey fee... if a survey cannot be undertaken due to a reason beyond our control." In our case, no CCTV survey or investigation was carried out because the wrong type of engineer was sent, not because of anything beyond our control. Very disappointing experience and a wasted appointment."

Two lovely young lads came out – they were polite, professional, and extremely helpful. They clearly knew exactly what they were doing.
