G.A.S General Building Services Ltd

"George from Retrofit IQ carried out a detailed building performance investigation at our house, including a blower door test, professional thermal imaging, smoke tracing and air leakage detection. He spent several hours inspecting every part of the property and explained every finding clearly as we went through the house together. We identified missing insulation, thermal bridges, air leakage paths and areas at risk of condensation. His knowledge of building physics and attention to detail were outstanding, and every recommendation was backed by clear evidence. I would highly recommend Retrofit IQ to anyone looking for a thorough home energy assessment, thermal imaging survey or air leakage investigation."
