"Initial diagnostic identified only a pump fault; however, this was later contradicted by a second engineer, significantly changing the scope and overall cost of the repair. This inconsistency resulted in an extended period without reliable hot water, including over the Easter period. The deposit also had to be chased, as it was initially not recognised in their records, although it was eventually refunded. Communication throughout was polite, but the overall experience lacked consistency and clarity. The quotation provided was also significantly higher compared to other companies for similar work."
