"Found these guys to be total con artists completely unprofessional quote didn’t match the work completed and conveniently their records didn’t match what was said in person. Have concerns around the validity of the invoice provided. Do yourself a favour use literally any other window repair company. Unless you want to be ripped off and your home stink of stale smoke when they leave. Pretty sure they use 2nd hand or used parts too and don’t state that you’d expect a new part when paying unless clearly told upfront it wouldn’t be and that agrees too. Of course you won’t be back you already said you’d come back and didn’t show up. Fits perfectly with service I received and you may have charged me £70 but when you quoted me I was under impression it was for more than just hinges and a handle if it was clear that’s all it was I’d have never hired you. You can report the review but it’s accurate if you don’t want bad reviews provide a better and more honest service."

"Called Brydon earlier this week as our back door wasn’t closing properly. He was out within a couple of days and had the job done in no time and also sorted our front door (which we didn’t even realise needed fixed) at no extra cost. Great service, easy to pay and very friendly."
