"A very unpleasant and stressful time unfortunately. Glen didn't turn up when he said he would, bought completely different colours to the ones requested despite taking photos. I had to go to buy the correct colours with no refund The cutting in was a complete mess as he did it free hand so paint all over the coving and door frames. No coverings on floors so paint on them as well. As the project was time specific of which he was aware and agreed to, I completed the job myself. I requested that he collect his equipment at a certain time as I was still trying to clean up and finish the job he should have done. However he turned up a few hours prior to my request and was verbally aggressive swearing and shouting and threatening to call the police until I let him have his equipment. It appeared his family was also in the van. As I had no communication to say he couldn't arrive at the agreed time I thought this would be alright. Therefore my terminally ill partner had to walk down my steep drive with the equipment. Glens attitude was was very different with my partner as in polite and civil. Really unsure as to why the change in attitude"

"Appeared to be good to begin with as the owner brought samples etc and discussed the process. It all went wrong after that as he never made follow up contact unless I initiated a message/call. Said he would call & didn't. Said he would do the job on more than one occasion & didn't in the end. Didn't bother to reply to my last message. Given that the job request was of a very sensitive nature, I was very disappointed. I wouldn't rely on this company at all. Really poor business attitude. I also take offence to your response. Very professional indeed particularly when it's accompanied by a private message on messenger asking for proof. Obviously I don't record conversations as proof as that would both be inappropriate and untrustworthy but that does not mean I'm posting false info. You were asked if you could do the job before 25th June and your response was " I should be able to do that next week" . You said you would ring the next day to get the details. Needless to say that didnt happen. You also called and spoke with me the night that you came back from Dublin. Said you'd call the next day. Didn't happen. ...I could post several messages that I sent but that's not worth the effort. Suffice to say that your response here and on private message says it all about the business attitude."
