"One of these guys surveyed my property for my buyers and valued it at a whopping £50k less than it was advertised for, despite similar properties recently going on the market for £25k more than mine & 2 independent estate agents, another surveyor & my mortgage company valuing it at my advertised price. Not very professional in my opinion, allegedly told my buyers not to buy it & I’m surprised he made any decent notes because he didn’t shut up about his divorce & how much equity he had to give his ex-wife.
