"I have used them for many years and I was very happy with their service - they were professional and reliable. A few months ago they drilled into a pipe and caused a major leak flooding my living room, kitchen and basement. They were great on the day - for the best part of four hours (or so) they tried to stop the leak. They managed to slow the leak down, but I had to get another plumber late in the evening to seal the pipe. They promised to cover my insurance policy excess and plumber fees (over £800), and I trusted they would. What is sad is not just that the engineers went back on this promise but that they did not have the decency to call me back and explain. As a customer, would you not want to be treated better?"
