"Guttaclean have been amazing. Great, responsive communication from the start. Due to being shift workers we usually struggle to get works booked in but Guttaclean were understanding and flexible when we needed to change the date due to other works needed. They immediately assessed the repairs needed to our gutters. The quotes we were given were broken down and detailed. All work needed was explained in a way I could understand so I felt confident they were experienced. They even took the time to work out a few different quotes ranging from what was most important to repair to all the repairs and cleaning I wanted done, so I could be sure I could afford it before they started. We had all the gutters cleaned and repaired and a new down pipe fitted. The gutters look brand new now and we can be rest assured we won't get any water damage. The two gentleman who attended were friendly and polite. I appreciate that they also pointed out that we have a couple of missing roof slates that we were unaware of so we can get that sorted before it becomes a problem. I find it stressful as a new homeowner finding and booking tradesmen. Guttaclean put me at ease the whole time and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Thanks again!"

"Excellent Service This is my first experience of Guttaclean and I highly recommend them. Excellent communication from first contact to completion of the work. I sent Dane photos of gutters and fascia board for him to assess and he arranged an inspection the following day, which revealed that some of fascia board was rotten in places and would need replacing. I received a quote within a couple of business days. Once a date was confirmed, Dane sourced the fascia board and prepared it before starting the work. Dane and Jan were very thorough when checking and cleaning all the gutters, down pipes and the joints, made the necessary repairs and sought out replacement parts during the day. They were also able to replace the gutter joint above the conservatory which I was particularly pleased about! The new fascia board and the existing guttering was all fitted and tested. Furthermore, Dane kindly returned the following day to paint watermarked areas of the fascia board at the back of the house. Dane and Jan were very professional in their approach, friendly, hard working and provided an excellent service which went above and beyond! It is good to find a company that will still go up a ladder to clean and repair gutters!"

"Brilliant service. Got a leaflet through the door, price very economical and fair, beats the local competition. Both Jan and Dane were a delight to deal with. Dane made a couple of repairs and spotted things to keep an eye on, gave me good information and worked quickly and cleanly. Jan was clear and quick on the emails/texts and as a nice surprise at the end I got an email saying Guttaclean had planted a tree on our behalf which I guess they do for every new customer.
