"Very poor Customer Service I telephoned at 4.36pm today to ask if they had any 6 foot garden canes + was told yes + I said I was coming + would set off right away which I did. It’s 8 miles to get there from home + I pulled up at the entrance to 4.55 to find the owner closing the gate. He said they were closed + I politely pointed out that it was 4.55pm + that I had rung to say I was coming + had the correct cash. He said he wasn’t bothered + that they were closed. I pointed out that it wasn’t actually 5.00 o’clock yet + all I wanted was 2 packs of 6 ft canes + he said he didn’t care. It would have nice if the lady I spoke to had thought to mention that they closed at 5.00pm or before to save me a wasted journey of 16 miles!"

"Very tight access for HGVs Have to arrive early as no chance if open. No turning circle drive in reverse out. Assistance required as busy main road into Bromborough. Staff friendly and attentative."

"Don’t buy bottled gas here. Bought one a couple of months ago, came to use it today. Tamper proof seal was intact, but bottle was empty! Over £60 wasted. No receipt so too late to take it back."

"Plenty of room in the car park. Easy to look around. Take your own cleaner to clean down trolley handle. Healthy plants good selection. The staff helped get everything into the car and were very helpful."
