"Jamie and his brother installed three water cylinders in our 3 flats in Cardiff. The installation seemed fine at the time, but now the cylinders need servicing, and I can’t reach them. I’ve tried calling their mobile and searching online, but they’re not contactable. Very frustrating and disappointing after spending so much on the installation."

"Recommended by another family member, the Heatsmart 2-man team were appointed to carry out a central heating upgrade. Surprisingly, over two days the conversion was complete but not without some teething problems which were soon rectified. Our agèd Maxi boiler & square flue were quickly removed and a new circular balanced flue aperture cut through the house wall and the new condensing boiler & flue were in place and piped up by the end of the first day. A new twin-panel radiator was also installed. The old square flue wall outlet was sealed off and cement rendered and the system fired up by the second day. The two gentlemen performed their specific tasks admirably with good communication between them. The house floors were adequately protected by dust sheets and any loose plaster, etc, vacuumed. A further visit was necessary to balance the radiators. We would thoroughly recommend Heatsmart services for this type of work."
