He fitted a Hive heating system for us which we had ongoing problems with trying to remotely connect to over several months when it repeatedly lost WiFi signal, it transpired Hive supplied faulty kit to us. Liam came out twice, which he didn’t charge us for to rectify our Hive system. After we got no satisfaction from Hive customer service, Liam then fought on our behalf to get Hive to supply complete replacement parts, which resolved all our problems.
