"Jamie is an absolute star. Professional, friendly, helpful, and responsive every step of the way. I'll only be using him going forward, and recommending him to people around me. The survey and the report along with it was great and very valuable - Jamie discovered all sorts of issues, some larger, some smaller, but it was obvious from the level of detail and documentation that no corners were cut when he was doing the survey. All documented with many photographs. Before even writing up the report, he spent time with me on the phone walking me through his findings to get me the information as soon as possible. I think the over-and-above was also the support with understanding and dealing with the issues discovered in the survey. I was a first-time buyer, didn't really know how to even start addressing the issues, and that's where Jamie also helped us out in a huge way laying out our options on what we could do about various issues. All while being transparent about what he knows for sure vs. things that are just his opinions. I'm convinced on top of just providing a service Jamie also actually cares about doing the best job he can for the people. Honestly, I wish all professionals (solicitors, brokers, builders, estate agents, etc) were as competent and useful as Jamie. His services and great professionalism were the only stress-free part of the process we went through."

"From the moment I submitted a quotation enquiry to the numerous questions following receipt of the report, Jamie was patient, efficient and very informative. On the day in which the survey was carried out, I received a phone call to outline the main concerns found at the property. The report was emailed through to me in a timely manner.
