"They helped me out with draught proofing and advice."
"We are still awaiting repairs to my ELDERLY BLIND DISABLED mothers house for work done 14 months ago - December 2021. HEET workforce flooded the house and caused extensive damage. My mother also sustained injuries from inconsiderate workmen leaving tools in an agreed walk way. They have refused to give me their insurance details."
"Communication good. Reallt helpful"
"Had to seek the urgent services of the HEET project, and I have been treated very poorly, via telephone call and rather abrupt/ rudeness and defensive attitude from Karen at the Redbridge Handypersons project, and the manager, who I have met, and their organisation assists my mum. I asked for a receipt for a recent job, (full receipt) to pass on to my landlord/agent via email, 2days ago, and been met by KArens rudeness! The manager today, texted me to make excuses for her behaviour, instead of apologising, he was unprofessional and told me she had personal problems, ( but they were more than happy to be rude .abrupt to me) as their reason for it. I have always been polite and professional, and I am disgusted that they treat lesser fortunate people. They are quick to take the money but you get no politeness or thanks. This is the second time in a year or so, that I have been treated like this, and have had to bite my toungue when the Manager visited my mother re her central heating. I'm not one to assert myself, nor a conflict person, however - kindness and respect goes a long way. I had to pay over £20 for their services, while on benefit, and they show no consideration or respect for peoples time. The handyperson whom I wont name, despite being very polite but agitated in person, was supposed to arrive between 3pm and 3.30pm. The receptionist Karen who was responsible for my area, should have rung me out of courtesy to let me know if he was running late. I waited patiently until 330pm. HE arrived shortly after, and then I had to ring Karen to ask her, and she was so rude in her abrupt response, and sarcastic when she rang me back. Jane was however polite and had good customer skills, but I was told that they dont deal with my area and that I had to ring another number."
