"Update: aftercare has been pretty poor. I have been chasing them to provide the final child lock for over six months and they won't return my call. Such a shame. I have to keep that window locked to ensure my young kids don't fall out of the window. I removed a star for that as I can't in good conscience leave the 5 star review. Old post: Heritage windows just finished replacing the original windows in my tenement flat in Bruntsfield. We went with hand made wooden double glazed sash and case windows. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism, quality of craftsmanship they delivered. Their communication was excellent, the price was reasonable and the final product is outstanding.
