"I had a leaking isolator valve underneath an upstairs basin. HGS replaced it but left it leaking ever so slightly. They came back to sort it out and I thought it was resolved. It appears to be leaking still. Both times, the plumbers were done in a couple of minutes. If they ensured it was ok before they left I wouldn’t be giving HGS a poor review."

Despite being extremely busy, they managed to attend my elderly parents’ property much sooner than expected - arriving on the same day. From the first phone call, Rob was exceptionally courteous and helpful. He explained the situation clearly and set realistic expectations, advising that it might take a couple of days to get someone out. Given that my parents (aged 78 and 82) were without central heating due to a boiler fault, I was incredibly grateful when he arranged for an engineer to visit that very afternoon. The engineer was professional, knowledgeable, and very considerate. He was able to get the boiler running again by addressing an issue with the pump and also took the time to bleed a couple of radiators.
