Customer Reviews
"Our first visit to Hillsborough fencing and timber,as it is quite a distance from our home town, and what pleasant experience, we could not get what we needed from diy stores nearer home so Googled what we needed and you were there in the search engine.Got everything we needed with the help of Josh who I cannot praise enough he was not just very helpful but friendly, pleasant and definitely went the extra mile thankyou so much, it is now my go to place, also very reasonable priced"
"Great service today - really impressed and will use again! Rob with help re my order and Jordan and Josh were brilliant with the delivery service and advice. Thank you!"
"Pleased with fencing panels provided but disappointed with delivery. The delivery driver damaged manhole cover on drive when delivering which left us unable to use drive for 7 days The company replaced the cover however did not replace cover with same spec cover so broke when we drove over it. The company refused to admit was not replaced to correct standard so we had to replace cover at our own expense Be cautious if having any order delivered"
"Quality products at the best prices in town. Friendly sales desk - zero judgement for not being in the trade & not knowing the correct names or measurements of standard products. Helpful staff in the timber yard, jovial & happy to help load my car every time I come. I’ve been coming here since 2018 for any garden timber - very happy, 100% recommend"
"im not one to complain, Fencing is good quality but its a shame about the staff. They are very rude and unhelpful even after we have spent £3000 on fencing and we still need another £1500 worth to Finnish our garden. Delivery guys are useless, this is our second delivery we have had so far and both times they just dump it on the drive even after i asked them if they could help to put them in the back garden as its allot to carry on my own. They say its only curbside / nearest point of the property. So the first delivery we had 22 bags of postcrete and they were ripped due to chucking them on my stones/ driveway. Today the same again but they have fully split open 3 bags all over the drive and path. I rang to complain and the staff are so rude. They are lazy and rude and its a shame. No apology at all but offered to replace broken bags. Fuming."
