"Moved into a new home and the old upvc front and back doors were a bit tired but I can’t yet afford to replace them, so I decided to give them a service for now, but because they are older some of the parts are more difficult to come by. Home secure had everything I needed to freshen them up: replacement handles, a letterbox suited to a slightly thinner door than is standard nowadays and most importantly an exact replacement of a gearbox to swap out a broken latch on the back door that could only be closed by lifting the handle and engaging the 3 point system. I got some upvc cleaner and replacement seals from a local hardware place as well as some new sold secure 3* cylinder locks and now my doors look and operate like new. Ordering online was simple and easy and dispatch was immediate, I received them 2 days after ordering. very happy with the products and the service, will be placing more orders in the near future when I do the windows."
