"I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere. I paid £340 for an end of tenancy clean, expecting the property to be cleaned to a professional standard as I have new tenants moving in and there’s strict rules for HMO properties. Instead, I was left with a house that still had dirt, grime and dust throughout. I ended up spending 12 hours the following day cleaning the property myself because there were so many areas that had simply been missed. When I initially inspected the property, I couldn’t do a thorough check due to time constraints. I spotted a few things that clearly hadn’t been cleaned and contacted the owner, explaining that I wasn’t happy paying the full amount. Rather than taking any responsibility, he offered me £15 off a £340 bill, which was frankly insulting. The owner also offered to send the cleaners back the following day, but after seeing the standard of work they’d already produced, I declined. I had completely lost confidence that they would do the job properly, and after spending the next day cleaning myself, I stand by that decision. What frustrated me even more was the complete lack of accountability. Instead of acknowledging the issues, I was told things like “that’s a 15-minute job” and “we don’t offer that standard of clean.” He even suggested that I had “probably booked them to cut costs.” I’m not sure what costs I was supposedly cutting when I paid £340 for an end of tenancy clean. If that isn’t the standard of service they provide, that should be made clear before taking someone’s booking and payment—not afterwards when they’re complaining about the quality. When I returned the following day thinking I only had a handful of jobs to finish, I quickly realised almost every room still needed attention. I genuinely questioned what had actually been cleaned. The customer service was just as disappointing. During the clean, I visited halfway through after being told they were finished, only to find every room was still incomplete. I pointed this out, and they stayed a little longer. At that stage there was only one cleaner working. Before leaving again, I asked the team leader to leave the key under the bin once they had finished, and he told me that was absolutely fine. Later, I received a rude phone call from the owner demanding that I return immediately because the cleaners had apparently been waiting for me. I explained that I’d been told leaving the key under the bin was no problem. He continued demanding to know how long I’d be. I rushed back to the property, only to find the cleaners had already left anyway. For the amount charged, I expected a professional service and professional customer care. Instead, I received an incomplete clean, dismissive responses, no accountability, and customer service that was unnecessarily rude. I’ve attached photos so people can judge the quality of the work for themselves. Paying £340 only to spend an entire day re-cleaning the property yourself is completely unacceptable. I cannot recommend this company to anyone. I’ve added some photos of how the house was left after the clean…shows they haven’t even bothered to mop, hoover or even clean any cupboards!"

"Amazing service - needed a really deep clean (had previous cleaners come and look at the place and leave because it was so grim) but these guys came with an industrial floor cleaning machine and did an amazing job. Whole flat cleaned for an incredibly reasonable price given the state of the flat! Really quick service as well, booked in within a few days (even with bank holiday). Couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!"

Quick 24 hour turnaround and had deep clean for a move in on the Sunday. Team came and wow. On time and so friendly. Super efficient.
