"After having windows and doors fitted by horizon windows swansea, in January 2026 I telephoned horizon windows 19th March 2026, and spoke to a lady, that my front door was not closing properly, and she informed that she would contact me the next day to arrange a date for an engineer to visit my address to fix the problem, but she never contacted me. April 9th 2026 I sent an email to horizon windows swansea with a video of the problem with the front door not closing properly, and to this day horizon windows swansea has not contacted me in either email or by telephone"

"Had windows fitted and few months back, most the guys were professional, and polite, HOWEVER, 3 of the windows were put the wrong way around, smashed the back door and cracked 2 of the kitchen tiles, half arsed the front window and tried to hide the damage.... The manager had to come on a separate occasion to sort the damage and mistakes... fast forward a few weeks later, noticed there was a huge crack in the bedroom window from one of the corners... clearly another error on their part. Called them and bla bla bla will be out to sort it..... 12 weeks later we are still waiting, and they seem to never want to answer the phone... BAD EXPERIENCE, and they don't seem to care."

"Had my windows and doors up since April 17, but the window above my front door was the wrong one (ordered a coloured glass like in the door and paid for it). Some of the windows are not working properly. Yes, they have been up to try and sort them out(still not right). My front door was stripped down on the day it went up as the mechanism wasn't working right (had that looked at since). Still haven't had the window i order above my front door (coloured glass costs more than plain). I am getting tired of calling as im not a social person, so i like a job done well and not nag to have things done properly. I'm really disappointed as this is my first time as a homeowner to have all my windows and doors changed, never again. Just been told that they don't want me to talk to them anymore from their receptionist. That is how they deal with their complaints, this was my first time in having double glazing and from my experience they aren't helpful."

"Horizon Windows knocked on our door in February 2025 and whilst I am usually a bit dubious about this, the man was very pleasant and knowledgeable so as new windows were on our to do list we thought might as well get a quote. Gary came to our house to measure the windows and gave helpful advice on which windows to choose and which ones only needed glass replacement so we could save a bit of money. We live on a main road so he advised which would be best to block out noise and seemed to care about getting us the best value for money without being too pushy. The quote came out cheaper than another local firm who gave us a quote from photographs but we decided to go with Gary as he’d put a lot of effort in. We just had the windows fitted today. The fitters were really nice guys and hard working. Windows look lovely and fresh and the noise reduction is brilliant. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and efficient. Thank you to the whole team"
