"Wow what a great experience. From the moment I was visited by Gavin for my initial enquiry until the final sign off from Gary I received nothing but great customer service. Gavin drew up the plans as I was replacing my conservatory with a garden room. He made some suggestions regarding the new windows which really improved the feel/size of the room and has been commented on by my friends. The work team arrived (Lee & Ben) and swiftly removed the old conservatory on day one and worked solidly to have the new one all completed on day five. On Day Five Gavin popped by to see how it was looking and ended up cleaning the windows. My impression of the Company is that they all work together to achieve the end result. Gary (Co Director) had helped on Day one with the demolition. I was impressed with how I was kept informed of the various stages and the plasterer and electrician all just slipped into the process seamlessly. I would very highly recommend this Company. A great example of how they all have the customers interests at heart. I couldn’t be happier."

"The work is lovely! I ordered French doors to replace old sliders and was told there was quite a wait, but that they would fit me in as soon as they could. True to their word, I got my doors fitted a full six weeks ahead! The two guys who fitted them, Karl and Aaron, as well as the original surveyor, Lloyd, were friendly, punctual and did a great job. Thank you! Big recommendation from me!"

"I have found Horsford Windows very professional, They understood what was required and presented the options to us in a very clear way. The workman arrived at the agreed date and worked in a very tidy and efficient way and completed everything on time and to the agreed cost. The quality of the new roof is excellent and we now have a room we can use all year round. I would recommend Horsford and would use them again with hesitation."

"Absolutely perfect! From start to finish our first ever contact with Horsford has been perfect. And the icing on the cake was today, installation day. The two fitters, Karl and Aaron were polite, very efficient and scrupulous about vacuuming and cleaning everything. Their work was superb. My wife and I cannot emphasise enough how happy we are with this company."
