"When our back boiler broke and was unfixable, I posted the job on checkatrade. HP responded quickly and organised for a visit to quote. The quote was received the same day and the engineers booked to complete the job within a couple of weeks. There was a lot of work to do and they completed it all in one day. They sent a team of 4 engineers who were all polite, friendly and professional. They left the house as they found it and also took the time to explain the new thermostat and phone app thoroughly. Even though we had a small leak that appeared after they left, Dan came back out to us quickly and resolved the issue out of hours. We cannot praise HP Plumbing enough and can happily recommend you to anyone needing heating engineers or plumbers."
