"We had an urgent issue and Ifan was able to fit us in really quickly. He was clear about costs and timescales and replied to messages in a timely manner. When he arrived he was on time and very courteous. He introduced himself and his colleague Kyle and I felt very comfortable with them both. Ifan explained what they were going to do and they carried out the work quickly, neatly, and efficiently. Ifan then talked me through what they'd done and made sure I was happy before they left. I would not hesitate to recommend Ifan's services."

"Had a great experience with Ifan and very glad to have found a good plumber! Ifan and his colleague repaired a leaking bathroom tap and fitted a new waterfall shower for us at a reasonable price, and he was able to fit us in promptly so we weren’t left waiting long at all for the work to be done. The difference in overall professionalism and reliability between Ifan and a different plumber we received a quote from was astounding. Ifan knows his stuff, communicates well, is punctual and very friendly. We now have a go-to plumber for any future needs. Thanks so much Ifan 🙌"
