"Extreamly bad services. They refused to deregister my alarm system from my own property which wouldn't allow me install a new alarm system. They provided a quote to do simple work in setting up and alarm at my property, however sorted weeks for a quote which I continually chased. They then informed me they couldn't do a job for to the complexity. Very unhelpful. I remained amicable and professional however the staff showed little care. Overall I would not recommend Ifire"

I was sold an alarm with an app with no mention of ongoing annual costs, first I knew of the subscription was when an invoice arrived, the installer drilled right through my newly installed roof and, now the app isn't working properly they're refusing to help me without additional charge!"

David installed our intruder and smoke alarm system in less than two hours and with minimal disruption to us.... he even cleaned up after him, although there was very little mess.
