Immaculate Home Improvements

"We have a long list of jobs to sort on a property we recently purchased and contacted Immaculate Home Improvements for quotes and were impressed by the range of work they do, from exterior decking to joinery fitting, they could handle it all! It will make it much easier having a single point of contact than having to reach out to the various trades for each individual job. We have been very happy with the work to date, the tradesmen are punctual, reliable and tidy, even going beyond the call of duty to fix little niggles like a window clasp that had broken. Cost was as quoted, no nasty suprises. Will be continuing our renovations with Immaculate."

"We used Immaculate Home Improvements after a large tree fell into my mother’s garden and destroyed a large wooden outbuilding & conservatory. From the outset, James (owner) was professional, friendly, knowledgeable & easy to get along with. We were quite tunnel visioned with what we wanted, based on what we had previously, but James came up with some great ideas as to how to drastically improve things with the rebuild. Duncan (project manager) also came up with some great suggestions and they worked with us to design a build that looked amazing and was still within our budget. Again, Duncan was friendly, professional and kept us updated throughout, managing things perfectly when we changed things or added additional work. Every single person who worked on the project, and there were quite a few, were excellent and a credit to the company. They all worked incredibly hard, completed work to a very high standard, were friendly & polite and nothing was too much trouble. An extra mention goes to Austin who did the bulk of the work, along with his hardworking apprentice, Zac. Austin’s ideas, attention to detail & quality of workmanship wrapped up what was an excellent all round experience. We were so pleased and impressed with every aspect of the work that I am now having my windows replaced by them. I can’t recommend this company enough."

"You have been given multiple opportunities to fix damage you have caused to property. Cowboy builders turn up whenever they feel like it, throw rubble around at each other which nearly hit me. Very unprofessional, poor work and have made countless attempts to get them to fix damage they have done to the property . They also left their rubbish and a portaloo on the property weeks after job completed .Still left with a broken wall, floor boards not put back and cupboard door still hanging off ."

"Relatively smaller job (two Velux roof windows) but really excellent and let me tell you, my husband has extremely high standards indeed. He was very pleased with Marc’s very high standard of workmanship and Sam’s plastering was perfect too. They were prompt, reliable, courteous, friendly, tidied up every day, and we’ve not been disappointed one bit. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. James and Louise were very helpful and responsive too. The windows look fab! Many thanks all."

"Immaculate Home Improvements fitted replacement patio doors for me. We’ve really liked dealing with James and the team. Rob and Charlie who completed the work were great, really nice guys and great at their job. Even finished earlier than expected, cleaned up, very professional . I would certainly recommend, and eyeing up next project for them."
