"Had a terrible experience using Impact Energy. The only reason I used them in the first place was due to them being assigned to me by my energy supplier as part of an insulation scheme. Workers never showed up on time, had work done that was different to what was promised, and the loft insulation was put on top of my floorboards, which if I hadn't complained about, would have been left like that. I was also promised a guarantee after the work was done, which was months ago now, and I am still waiting on that. Definitely avoid!"
