Impact Services

"Just moved to Norfolk and was looking to have solar panels installed. Found Impact on the internet who offered a product to suit our requirements. We had a home visit and received a prompt quote at an affordable price. The installation went smoothly and was completed in one day. The team fitting the solar panels and electrics worked quickly and efficiently. The company kept us informed throughout and were very helpful. We are very pleased with the result."

"I highly recommend Impact Services. We had a detailed site visit first. We weren't rushed, everything was explained and questions were answered. Everyone was professional and friendly, the engineer, scaffolders, solar panal installers and electricians all did a great job despite working during a heatwave. How to use the app was explained and we know we can can call on them if we need any help. They monitored for a few days before sending the bill. We didn't have to pay anything up front which wasn't the case with another quote we received. Definitely use Impact Services if you're planning to get Solar."

"What a great Norfolk company! The quote was quick and very competitive. The office staff were always attentive and informative. All the paperwork was taken care of promptly. The installation guys are courteous, efficient and replaced every roof tile that was inevitably broken. Just about everything was done in one day; and we are delighted with the outcome. I have already recommended Impact to others and will continue to do so without hesitation. First class job. Thank you Impact Services"

"Superb service from the installation team today. Arrived bang on time, extremely friendly and personable guys, very professional and have done a fantastic job installing the panels and battery. The battery installation is incredibly neat, with the cabling running up behind the down pipe so invisible from the garden. We’ve been hugely impressed with the whole experience and so would happily recommend Impact Services."

"If I could give 20 starts I would, if you are looking for a solar installation honestly impact are the company for you don’t look anywhere else. Callum did our survey and was brilliant there was no pressure like some other companies just great knowledge about all the options available, I can’t remember the names but both roofers and both electricians were superb and professional. Everybody I spoke to along the whole process from start to finish were extremely helpful, thank you to the whole impact team."
