Island HVAC Systems (IHS) ltd

"Phil and team have just installed 9 internal and 2 external units. Everything from communications to the install itself were outstanding. Cannot recommend them highly enough."

"Absolutely excellent service from the initial survey and quote through to warranty support for a major installation of 3 heat pumps and 12 HVAC units at our church. Friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, efficient, organised, tidy and flexible. Can't recommend enough."

"Air conditioning/heat pump installation Pre installation experience excellent - Nicola and Phil communicated promptly and effectively when contacted. Despite our indecisiveness, they were patient, provided lots of info and moved the installation date to accommodate at short notice. Installation itself was perfect, team of Tyler and Phil were pedantic about tidiness, inside and outside were left tidier than before they came. Resolutely professional even when our new pup was exploring their tools and van. Absolutely recommend and will be contacting again for another unit next year potentially."

"5 star service from Island HVAC systems. Initial communication was fast and responsive with great customer service. After discussing the different options available for my garden room office, I decided to go with a Mitsubishi heating and cooling unit. The level of expertise and communication gave me the confidence to choose Island HVAC Systems for the install. Team arrived on time and the install was completed to the highest standards. Highly recommend."

"Just had a three-unit air conditioning system installed in our new loft extension: one unit in the new room upstairs, and two in existing first floor rooms that are also being refurbished. Island HVAC were very patient between paying deposit and final install, as plans, unit positions and pipe runs were changed as build progressed. Just in time for the weather to get hot we finally had all the prep done and the units could be installed. Steve and Tyler did a great job getting everything in, commissioned, and showing us how it worked. Very happy with the result, and rooms were a very comfortable 20º yesterday while outside was near 30º. Some plastering and boxing in still to do where pipes crossed unfinished rooms, but finished rooms and external works and trunking very neat and tidy. Very glad we went with air-con, and a great service and install from Island HVAC."
