"We couldn’t be happier that we chose Joe and his team to complete the work on our house. We had a double loft extension which involved reconfiguring the first floor. Joe had a solution for everything to make it all possible. His communication was excellent and his team were friendly, considerate and did an exceptional job. The work has been done to such a high standard and we’re so pleased with the result. If you’re thinking about getting work done on your house, Joe is your man!"

"Joe and his team did a great job on our loft conversion and 1st floor renovations. Our conversion came with the added complexity of lowering the first-floor ceilings to create enough space for the loft, but Joe took it all in his stride. Throughout the build, Joe was incredibly accommodating when we asked to include additional work, seemingly unfazed by any request and capable of making it a reality. His budgeting and organisation were excellent from start to finish, which no doubt helped us avoid any issues in what was quite an extensive project! It was a pleasure having Joe and his team in our home — they were respectful, hardworking, and clearly took pride in their work. We love the final result; the space has completely transformed our home. We’re planning to renovate our ground floor in the future and wouldn’t hesitate to work with Joe again. Highly recommended."

"Joe and his team did an excellent job on our loft conversion, turning the loft into a master bedroom and toilet en suite and fully replacing the roof. Joe was really responsive and contactable whenever needed. The team on-site were friendly and accommodating to any changes we wanted to make along the way. Joe also supported in providing support with a couple other plastering and electrics tasks we needed. I would highly recommend Joe and his team as we paid a fair price and they delivered great quality and we had no complaints along the way."

"Joe has just completed a loft conversion for us and we could not be happier with the end result. It took us a while to get started due to issues with planning, and Joe was very flexible and helpful during this process. Once we started work things progressed quickly and Joe and his team were always very professional, friendly and communicated really well. The work itself has been completed to a really high standard and we have been so pleasantly surprised by the amount of space and light we have in the conversion. When we hit a few bumps in the road - as you do on every building project - Joe was always quick to problem solve and suggest creative solutions. Joe also completed some additional work in the house, including new alcove cupboards and storage units. The quality of craftsmanship was second to none - Joe is very talented at what he does! If you are looking to complete work in your home we couldn’t recommend Joe and his team more highly."

"Joe and his team were perfect for us as first time renovators. We had really helpful discussions about what we would like and what would be possible. Joe came with suggestions of how to make it even better still. We had an existing loft conversion, which we extended with a dormer and added a bathroom to. We had an original quote and time scale provided after our initial consultation. There was an opportunity to bring the work forwards which we took and it was completed to budget. The quote was fair and competitive to others we had. He was respectful of our budget limits and would help work with us on options available. Everyone who came to our house was respectful, friendly and professional. Joe was on-site regularly and would come round to review works with us to check before final actions were taken. We were consulted well and the communication empowered us to create the space we wanted to a high quality. Joe would always reply promptly to us, provided us with advice and deadlines to make the project run smoothly."
