J & W Barnes Plumbers

"Really impressed! Got a call back the same day to find out more about the issue, and had a plumber out and my (small but bigger than expected) issue resolved all in one day. Fair price and everyone I encountered was really helpful."

"Firstly thank you for replying and responding to what in business is a small job but to a person a necessary job. You came out quickly attended to the job in a highly professional manner. If your looking for a trusted company use this."

"Absolute disgrace of place, have used before, with good service, but tried calling today to book a repair, and rep hung phone up on me because I was't fast talking enough, ie I wasn't sure whether he wanted me to say the nature of the problem or to give him my address, which I politely asked him, so he hung on me. (he was obviously angry that when he asked my name I only gave him my first name) Assumed it was a misunderstanding, called back and immediately apologised for any any misunderstanding but I needed a plumber, the guy just hung up again. Very arrogant people. Note : I did not swear, use foul language, or any rudeness, despite their claims, (I couldn't reply to their response) and this being a private business, they are free refuse my business. As I am free to take my business elsewhere."

"The plumber came looked at it and never got back to me unfortunately. He said he would get in touch next day but nothing since that was a week ago"

"Great service from this business did the job on time at a very good price 1 small snag was fixed within 24 hours I would highly recommend them"
