"Did a job for me. Gave me a cash price. Told him I needed an invoice and he said ok but he would have to charge VAT. I agreed and paid the vat. He told me he would email me an invoice but never did. Chased him for it regularly and he kept promising he would but never did. Eventually he purposely caused an argument and rang me cussing me out for chasing him for an invoice so we would fall out. I suspect this was just to avoid sending an invoice. Clearly hiding something by the sounds of it! Always messed me about on previous jobs by promising things and disappearing so wouldnt want to use him again anyway."
