"They were initially booked for a date but had to pospone it for a few weeks because one of their machines was broken. That's fine, I understand that. So we waited. The day that they finally came they allocated just one day to finish the job, which was too optimistic and ended leaving the garden covered in debris. They left saying that they were not sure when they could come back to finish the job. We had to cancel a birthday BBQ party because of the state that they left the garden in. They finally came after 4 days and finished most of the job. They still had to remove some stumps but they couldn't because their machine was broken and they didn't know when they could come back again. We finally lost our patience and asked someone else to remove the stumps. Very unprofessional."
