Jon Rusk Plumbing & Heating Ltd.

"Professional and prompt communication. The boiler was fitted very quickly and Jon even hoovered up any mess! He made sure I understood how it worked and explained the install and gas safety fitting certificate would be with me shortly. He registered the boiler for the warranty for us too. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you!"

"Saved us in our time of need! Another company fitted our oven and messed it by hitting the gas pipe and causing a leak. Jon from Jon Rusk made the visit and found the leaking pipe and fixed it all within the 30/45 minutes of us calling our housing agency. He even double checked everything for our peace of mind."

"Steve is absolute gent! His years of experience clearly show. Steve looks after the property we have been renting for last 4 years and there is nothing he hasn’t fixed. He is always on time, flexible and reliable. Best plumber we have had the pleasure of meeting. Highly recommend."

"I had a boiler service as well as a Gas Safe check and certificate from Jon. He was great - alot of previous services I've had they quickly check the boiler and skate over alot of detail, whereas Jon was very thorough and took his time checking the boiler and individual radiators / pipework. He even spotted a small leak which I think other people might not have, and managed to fix it on the spot with his handy work! He was very polite and helpful too."

"Reliable, professional, and such a friendly service from Jon. We had all kinds of problems with our heating - he came out (on short notice!) and quickly found and fixed the boiler issue. He really patiently explained what was needed and was quick get it repaired. Great value and we’ve saved money on our heating bills from his advice. Thank you."
