"⭐ 1 Star – Extremely disappointing workmanship We had our bathroom installed by this company in May, and unfortunately the finish was atrocious. What should have been an exciting home improvement project has instead caused us significant stress, upset and additional costs to put things right. Following an inspection, numerous defects were identified throughout the bathroom, including: • Poor, uneven and untidy grouting, with inconsistent grout lines and cracked/missing grout • Grout residue smeared across tiles and the bath panel • Uneven and poorly aligned tiling, inconsistent levels, visible lipping and badly finished cuts around fixtures • Very poor silicone work, including excessive, uneven and unfinished sealant, visible gaps and incorrect use of grout/silicone • Poorly cut and installed chrome tile trims with visible gaps and untidy joints • Damaged and poorly finished ceiling cladding, including a visible hole • Incomplete finishing, including missing douche spray cap and hot/cold indicators • A loose bath tap and protective plastic still left on fittings • A defective toilet installation which resulted in leakage, with excessive sealant around the base The overall workmanship was substantially below the standard we would expect from a professional bathroom installer. During our meeting, the company acknowledged that the quality of the workmanship was poor. I have attached photographs showing some of the defects so that potential customers can see the quality of the work for themselves. Unfortunately, we have been left with additional costs to repair work that should have been done properly in the first place, as well as a huge amount of stress and emotional strain. A bathroom renovation is a significant investment, and this experience has been incredibly upsetting for us. Based on our experience, we would strongly recommend that anyone considering using this company does their research carefully and considers other options. We would not want anyone else to experience the same level of stress, disruption and additional expense that we have experienced."
