Junk Busters Nottingham

"My gran recently moved into a care home and her house needed clearing. Ian met me full of hopes and dreams. I explained to him about nosey neighbours around my grans property. I expected a professional and subtle approach. Instead he had the sofa in the front garden while he sat on it talking to whoever passed and sold on items out the property to nosey neighbours( we specifically asked for privacy) then he called me with his wife both very unprofessional shouting down the phone. We asked for 3 items to be saved and one of those items was discarded off. Hos answer was tell us ehat we can do to resolve it. .... no that item was precious hence why we asked for it. Its not about money we wanted the item. Would definitely not recommend. Speak on the phone mist unprofessional man you've ever met. I tried to give benefit of the doubt. Really wish I hadn't"

"I needed my garage cleared so contacted Junk Busters for a quote.Ian responded very quickly and excellent communication throughout. Ian came round to give me a quote which was very reasonable.Junk Busters is a family run business( Ian & Maureen) offering a professional and friendly service. Ian and his team did an amazing job clearing our garage and we now have a workable space. Would highly recommend Junk Busters and will be contacting them again to clear clutter under the stairs as know they are 100% reliable. Michelle"

"I contacted Junk Busters to help clear out a spare bedroom that had become completely overwhelmed with clutter. The space had reached a point where it was impossible to manage alone. The team arrived on time and worked incredibly quickly to clear the room. What felt like an insurmountable task for us was handled with ease and professional competence. They were polite, efficient and left the space ready to use again. If you have a room that has spiralled out of control, I highly recommend their services. It has made a massive difference to our home."

"Facing the daunting job of emptying my parents’ home, I phoned three house clearance companies for quotes - only Ian Smith at Junk Busters Nottingham returned my call and took the time to offer a highly reasonable estimate. Ian and his team were friendly and worked incredibly efficiently, and effectively, to clear over 65 years of accumulated ‘stuff’. They were sensitive to the contents at all times and nothing was too much trouble. I’d definitely use Junk Busters Nottingham again and will have no hesitation in recommending them to family and friends. Thank you. Another 5 star review for a 5 star service. Once again the services of Junk Busters were requested and, once again, the team delivered - at short notice too. Nothing was too much trouble and Ian and his team were very sensitive to the final visit to clear my parents’ home, making it a stress free experience. Still highly recommended. Thank you again."

"It was a pleasure dealing with Ian and Maureen. They were able to kindly fit me in on the same day to remove beds/mattresses after a very reasonable quote, and all went as planned. Good communication and received quote on WhatsApp after my telephone conversation with Ian, and invoice following the job. I do find it difficult to trust so very reassuring for me to be able to pay after the job was carried out. Such a friendly pair and good chat. I wouldn’t hesitate in dealing with them again in the future or recommending to family and friends :) Update to above review: I was so impressed with Ian and Maureen the first time around that I contacted them again for a quote on clearing out a garage, two sheds, garden ornaments and some furniture inside my parents’ property. Their quote was cheaper than hiring a skip and with none of the hassle/labour involved. The team did a brilliant job working tirelessly in the pouring rain! They’re so friendly and definitely go that extra mile. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending. Thank you!"
