"I called KBS about a kitchen roof leak and felt optimistic because of the large number of very positive Google reviews. And wow - they definitely lived up to them. David, the general manager, stayed in regular contact and kept me updated about my appointment, which I really appreciated. Krzysztof came out to assess the issue and suggested a much less expensive option than I had been quoted elsewhere. He recommended repairing the flashing and replacing a couple of cracked tiles as a first step. This came to about 10 percent of the cost of removing all the kitchen roof tiles and replacing the felt. That approach made a lot of sense to me - it allowed us to try a sensible repair first and only move on to a bigger job if needed. That's worked out well so far, so it saved us a lot of money. Krzysztof was always prompt, professional, and very easy to work with. I really appreciated the honesty and care taken to suggest a cost-effective option rather than pushing unnecessary work.
