Key Window Care

"I have used Steve a couple of times now to fix broken window handles and mechanisms. He is quick to respond and turns up when he says he will. He doesn’t do unnecessary things, instead looks for the cause and fixes it promptly. He worked on windows for me 3/4 years ago and I've had no problems with them since. Professional and knows his trade."

"Lovely chap. On time and completed the work quickly. Communicated what he was doing and spotted some other small changes we could make to make our windows open and close more smoothly. Good price. Can't really ask for more. Edit: on a second outing Steve came to repair a door and did so in less than 5 minutes. He was incredibly kind enough to not charge us! Edit: on a third visit Steve came out and fixed a broken window hinge. Lovely chap, great work, prompt and great value"

"Excellent service. Steve was super knowledgeable and helpful, the job was done quickly and we have beautiful new patio glass in our door. Thanks Steve!"

"I had a window that stopped closing with no idea how to fix it. Steve was able to quote to fix it very quickly, and came by to fix it the following week. He was very helpful and professional, with great communication and showed me exactly what had gone wrong. No complaints!"

"Outstanding Service – Honest and Professional! Steve turned up at my door this morning right on time, even though I had completely forgotten to confirm the appointment or cancel. Despite the inconvenience and the wasted trip, he was incredibly understanding and professional. I offered to pay a callout fee, but he refused You don't often come across tradespeople with that level of integrity and kindness. Based on this experience alone, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Key Window Care to anyone. If you're after someone reliable, honest, and genuinely decent – Steve is your guy. Thanks again, Steve!"
